Welcome to PrintFunk (printfunk.site). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and custom T-shirt printing services. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.
PrintFunk is owned and operated by Raj Kumar, based in Jalandhar, Punjab, India.
1. Services Overview
PrintFunk provides custom T-shirt and apparel printing services including screen printing, DTG (Direct to Garment), heat transfer/vinyl, embroidery, and sports jersey printing. Our process works as follows:
- You submit your requirement through our website form, email, phone, or WhatsApp
- We discuss your requirements and provide a custom quote
- You approve the design and make payment
- We print and deliver your order
Note: We are a custom printing service. We do not sell pre-made or ready-to-ship T-shirts. All products are made-to-order based on your specific requirements.
2. Orders & Pricing
- Minimum Order: 5 pieces for all printing methods
- Pricing: All pricing is quote-based. Prices depend on printing method, quantity, fabric, design complexity, and delivery location. The quote we provide is final — no hidden charges
- Quote Validity: Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise
- Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed only after you approve the design mockup and complete the required payment
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to update our pricing. However, confirmed orders will not be affected by price changes
3. Payment Terms
- Payment Methods: UPI, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (COD for select domestic orders)
- Advance Payment: Payment terms are flexible and communicated during the quote discussion. Typically, an advance may be required before production begins
- COD: Cash on delivery is available for domestic orders at our discretion. Terms and availability will be discussed during order placement
- Currency: All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified for international orders
4. Design & Intellectual Property
- Your Designs: If you provide a design, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it. PrintFunk is not responsible for copyright infringement in designs submitted by customers
- Our Design Work: If we create a design for you, the final approved design becomes yours to use after order completion. We retain the right to showcase it in our portfolio unless you request otherwise
- Design Revisions: 1-2 revisions are included free of charge. Additional revisions may incur extra charges
- Design Confidentiality: We do not share, sell, or reuse your designs for other customers without your explicit written permission
- Copyrighted Content: We reserve the right to refuse printing copyrighted logos, trademarks, or intellectual property that you do not have rights to use
5. Production & Quality
- Production Timeline: Timelines vary based on order size and printing method. The estimated timeline is communicated during the quote discussion
- Color Accuracy: We strive for the closest possible color match, but slight variations may occur between screen/digital displays and actual printed products. This is normal and not considered a defect
- Quality Check: Every order undergoes a quality check before packing. If we identify any issues, we reprint the affected items at no extra cost
- Approval Required: Production only begins after you approve the final design mockup and complete payment. Once approved, design changes are not possible
6. Shipping & Delivery

- Domestic delivery via our trusted courier network
- International delivery available through international shipping partners
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999 (domestic)
- Tracking information provided after dispatch
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Please refer to our detailed Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete information. Key points:
- Free cancellation before production begins
- No cancellation once printing has started (custom products)
- Refund/reprint for genuine printing defects
- No refunds for change of mind on custom orders
8. Limitation of Liability
- PrintFunk's total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order in question
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control
- We are not responsible for design errors in artwork approved by the customer
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
9. Prohibited Content
We reserve the right to refuse orders containing:
- Hate speech, discriminatory, or offensive content
- Copyrighted material you don't have rights to use
- Obscene, pornographic, or violent imagery
- Content that promotes illegal activities
- Counterfeit brand logos or trademarks
10. Website Use
- All content on printfunk.site (text, images, logos, design) is owned by PrintFunk and protected by copyright
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our website content without written permission
- We reserve the right to update or modify our website at any time without notice
- We are not responsible for temporary website downtime or technical issues
11. Disputes & Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India
- Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion and mediation
- If mediation fails, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
